Return Policy
lttstore aims to provide a happy shopping experience for all of our customers, but we do understand that sometimes a product is just not right for you. We aim to make our returns and exchanges program as simple as possible for our valued customers.
Returns - We will issue a full refund, including any applicable sales taxes, for any products returned within the requirements outlined below. Please note that any shipping fees you may have paid in connection with your purchase are non-refundable.
Exchanges - Free for equal value products. If you choose to exchange for higher value products, we will collect the difference from you prior to shipping. For lower value products, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped to the same address as your last order unless otherwise specified. Shipping for exchanges is free.
Customers Outside the US & Canada - Refunds for any import/customs/duty fees charged to you at the time of import or delivery should be sought through your local customs bureau. lttstore.com cannot provide any coverage for this.
Final Sale Items - Some items are considered final-sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final-sale items will be noted as such in their descriptions. Please review all information in the descriptions of products you are interested in prior to purchase.
Requirements for returns & exchanges
Within 30 days - you must contact our support team about any issues with your order within 30 days of delivery
Includes original packaging & product in like-new condition - any returned product(s) must be returned with any original packaging, and in the condition which the product(s) arrived. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund or an exchange depending on your stated preference.
lttstore may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. If a returned product is rejected, no refund will be issued to the customer, and the customer may choose to have the product shipped back to them at their own cost. If the customer chooses not to ship the product back to them, lttstore will recycle or dispose of the product.
Process
1. Contact lttstore support at the email listed in our site's footer.
2. If an order or product is deemed eligible for return by lttstore support, we will email you a return label. Follow the instructions in the return label email to ship the product back to our distribution facility. Ensure all personal belongings, if applicable, have been removed from the returned goods.
3. Drop the package off at the shipping carrier's location.
4. Reply to your email from support to confirm.
Self-Serve Return Request
Self service return requests are only available for users in Canada and the United States. Users outside of those countries will have to contact support using the support form in the footer to request a return.
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Belongings Accidentally Shipped With Returns
Please contact support immediately if you believe you may have accidentally shipped personal belongings along with your returned merchandise. We recognize that mistakes can and do happen and are happy to make a reasonable effort to return your goods.
If we are able to locate the item(s), lttstore.com is happy to work with you to arrange the return of your belongings. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the item's owner.
IMPORTANT: personal belongings which are received and not claimed within a maximum of 30 days will be immediately disposed of or donated locally.
