Note: All Open-box Backpacks will ship with single-layer bottoms and the old carabiner style zippers or regular YKK zippers. Open-box Backpacks are sold as-is with no returns/exchanges or warranty.

Open-box Backpacks are available in three conditions:

1. New - Boxless: Brand new, unused backpacks. Shipped without a cardboard overbox.
   
2. Used - Like New: Gently used backpacks with minor cosmetic wear and no functional issues or missing parts. Shipped without a cardboard overbox.
   
3. Used - A Grade: Used backpacks that have moderate cosmetic wear, but have no functional issues or missing parts. Shipped without a cardboard overbox.
