Has a large enough space in the front to fit food, headphones etc., good amount if space int he back for a laptop+ipad+acessories. Feels really sturdy, waterproof. Have no issues.

Very happy with the build quality and the look and feel. Inside pockets seems slightly small so difficult sometimes to fill it properly but I think over time I'll get more used to how to pack it.

You can see a lot of care has gone into this product. Let's see how well it holds up over time.

I usually store my keys in it and also easy to reach
Some downside is the material is easy to leave some mark when you touch it
But it’s easy to remove just wipe it
Also two side where I put my umbrella and water bottle are a little bit too big
So when I bend over to wear my shoes
They slip out sometimes
But overall it’s a really nice looking, durable and functional backpack

This has enough pockets for all of my needs and the laptop sleeves suspended above the bottom of the bag shows an attention to detail I haven't seen before. I would say that is my favorite feature if not for the pockets in the side water bottle pockets. what an amazing place for extra pockets.

I received my commuter backpack 3/3/2024 and it has been my daily back ever since. I am short at 4’10” and wow is it hard to find a backpack that doesn’t make me look like a turtle and actually carry all my stuff. I commute about 80 minutes both ways to and from work 5 days a week in NYC so I carry everything I need while I’m out for the day, water bottle, tissues, mints, iPad, Nintendo switch, 10k mAh battery pack and cables, lunch for the day, umbrella, chapstick, inhaler, hand sanitizer, etc (but those are the majority of items). In every other bag I tried, either not everything fit and I had to have a separate bag to carry my lunch and forego the switch and or strategically pack the bag to Tetris everything together all while usually looking like a baby turtle. I have been through countless bags trying to find one to work for me for years now it’s insane. This bag has been a game changer. After work with a lighter coat this winter into spring I have even been able to fold in my jacket when I don’t need it on my commute home! It’s actually amazing having a bag that can fit my needs.

I don’t want to sit here and say the bag is perfect though, I completely see peoples complaints with how tight all the pockets are and because I only commute with an iPad mini and foldable keyboard, not a giant laptop back there, the tightness of the pockets through the main compartment isn’t really an issue for me. Because on the inside I’m only really carrying my keys, tampons, a travel toothbrush set, wallet those things are pretty flat and pack well in the space provided and leave the open space for my lunch and bigger items. I do see how if I had papers or other bulkier items it would be a little less convenient though. I’ve found the best spot for my big battery pack and cables is in the laptop compartment mesh pockets since my iPad is mini and leaves that space free for bulkier items. I really think this bag is made for a certain type of person who needs flat storage for a lot of little things and a big open space for extras like lunch or random commuter bulky items like what I use it for. Sure a little more space could have been given for the inside main compartment slots but it’s exactly what I need, I made it work. Also having two water bottle pockets is amazing, I fit a water bottle on one side and umbrella on the other, that was a must when backpack hunting. The hidden side pockets is where I keep tissues and stickers lol. I think my one and only gripe with the bag is that the zipper pulls could have maybe been a tad bigger but that’s really stretching for something to complain about. Even the small pocket at the top was plenty big for more than just sunglasses and that’s what I needed most, that and the loops on the side for random carabiner items like AirPods and hand sanitizer. I’ve found a functional purpose for almost every pocket and attachment so far.

Overall this is an excellent bag, comfortable, durable,with plenty of small pockets that keep the bag rigid and not top heavy so it can hold all my things without tipping over and leaving room for more. I couldn’t stand previous backpacks with all random unintuitive pockets at the front or top that made the bag so top heavy it couldn’t stand with even a fraction of what I pack in this one. This also carries so well with the chest strap and thick padding, it feels light and airy even on the rare occasion I decide to pack a steam deck and switch. Okay I don’t know if I have much more to say and this review has probably been long enough. But overall this was my biggest and happiest merch purchase ever. I finally don’t think l’ll need another commuting backpack ever again!
