Description

The long-awaited LTT x Noctua Screwdriver collab has arrived! It's the same great LTT Screwdriver, with the unmistakable Noctua color-scheme in 2 variations.

We've also swapped out the standard Robertson bits included in the LTT Screwdriver for TR15 and TR20 Security Torx, to ensure you're fully prepared to install any Noctua cooler!

  • Multi-Bit screwdriver featuring a durable ratcheting mechanism with minimal drag for fast and easy driving, even on small screws
  • Convenient in-handle bit storage with space for 12 “shorty” 20mm bits OR 6 full-sized 42mm bits
  • Durable and resistant to chemicals, fatigue and impact
  • Rated for operation of up to 220 inch-pounds of force
  • Includes rust resistant S2 steel bits: Phillips (PH0, PH1, PH2), Hex (H2, H2.5, H4), Slotted (SL2, SL4, SL6), Security Torx (TR15, TR20), and our 5x5mm Magnet Bit

EU Customers: We are working on a possible partnership to sell a limited quantity of these Noctua drivers with an EU retailer. Keep an eye out for more details.

NOTE: Bits are a consumable item and will wear or break down over time. Visual wear to the black phosphate coating is normal and expected.

Different than expected, nevertheless excellent

I give the screwdriver a 4.8/5

First to the "negative" points:
- The handle is much wider and larger than expected.
- The ratchet was stiffer than expected.

Explanation:
I am used to PB Swiss Tools and see them as the standard for quality and performance. This is not only because they are manufactured in my neighbouring village, but also because these were the first tools I used to tinker with as a child. Whether it was tinkering with my first PC and installing an MP3 DVD burner or later tinkering with my new moped. I still have most of my PB tools today, almost 30 years later, and they still work. No worn tips or broken handles. (and I certainly wasn't careful with my tools).
The LTT screwdriver is different than I expected. The handle is wider and larger than I am used to. Nevertheless, it is comfortable to hold and you have a good grip. It took some time to get used to the larger handle, but it went quickly and the screws were sunk fast.
The bits appear to be of high quality. How they hold up over time remains to be seen. The other materials are also pleasant to the touch.

The ratchet was surprisingly ‘firmer’ than expected. In the videos it always looks as if it is extremely light, but this is not the case. it still needs a little more force than my precision screwdriver (PB Swiss). But that's not a bad thing. When installing my smart thermostats, the screws were very fine, which was no problem for the 0PH, but due to the fine thread, I couldn't tighten the screws with just the ratchet and the tips of my fingers at the beginning. It took about 1 turn with the handle until the fine screws could bite down and offer enough resistance for the ratchet.

Conclusion:
A great screwdriver, for sure. The quality and price are right, and the ability to store so many bits is very practical. personally, I wish the bits were silver, because they are so small that it is sometimes a bit difficult to recognise the right bits in the bit holder. especially if you have the ph0, torx and slot bit next to each other you can quickly mix them up.
I am convinced that anyone who treats themselves to the LTT screwdriver will enjoy it.

my last 2 small points of criticism would be:
- How will the material on the handle change over time with grease or lubricant. I have concerns that the plastic will give way.
- i wish the handle had a few grooves so that the grip would be even firmer, even if you are wearing gloves or working with greasy hands, for example.

Great Quality

Very impressed with the build quality. I was hesitant at first about buying YouTube “merch” but am glad I did. I can tell a lot of thought went into this. I also really like the reversed ratchet direction.

Just Amazing!

Im a huge fan of Noctua and I have been eyeballing the LTT screwdriver for a while. I watched a bunch of the YouTube videos from LTT as well as other reviewers.

I own a bunch of other screwdrivers and I reach for this one almost ALL the time. Some things I think are worth highlighting:
- The grip is so comfortable and conforming to the shape of the hand
- The ratcheting mechanism is (chefs kiss)
- Slips right in my pocket with little resistance

great screwdriver

I knew what to expect and yet i was surprised how nice it feels :-)
I had no issue disassembling 2.5" hdd with all its tiny screws, kid toys or window blinds :D
It took some time to leave US (i think it took two weeks) but it arrived well ahead of xmas, so no issue with it
Base bit set is nice, but i've got the specialty and torx set with extension
