Description
These towels feature a tasteful, embossed keyboard-inspired design and 100% cotton fabric. We wanted to create a line-up that covered all of your size needs - whether that's in your home, or at the beach.
On our most recent order, we added in a new fabric softening treatment which improves the feel of our towels against your skin. This treatment also improved total water absorption and lowered drying time in our testing. (Please note that Aqua 45x100cm and Orange 45x100cm do not currently include this treatment as those pieces are part of a previous order)
Wash with similar colors to avoid color bleed, especially during first wash.

I purchased the large orange bath towel over a year ago, and it's become my absolute favorite! At 6'5" and 250 pounds, I find this towel perfectly sized. The material is thicker and softer than my previous towels, and it absorbs water exceptionally well. Even after numerous washes, it looks and feels just like the day I bought it—very durable!
I really hope they bring this product back so I can outfit the whole family with them.
General review as there was no other way to do this. The towels are plainly put not soft even though that was lauded constantly on the WAN Show
Clothing information:
Normally when you buy textiles/clothes they come with information for wash/care. I see it as a trend for LTT that they do not put complete information or information at all. And if they do put a bit info it's with NA region differences where there is no exact info for temperatures or wash cycles like in Asia or EU. Other times they put the info in the product pages which have a tendency to be deleted once they run out and they don't restock them. So you better save the info somewhere or never see it again. As they ship worldwide I can't see it as reasonable that information is not included for multiple regions or I can't see it as reasonable to have the info on the product pages when eventually those pages will get deleted. For the first issue you could have multiple info tags for each region. For the second if you must insist on putting the info the website, have an archive.
Support:
At this point I would say that if you have any feedback towards them, no matter how you present it, don't bother. This has not changed in 3 years. They'll either ignore it completely in their answer along other questions or not even answer you ever (Over 5 months on something and counting). For all Linus insists that you can get in touch with support for any issues with the store/your order you have to be selective with the issues for them to give any attention to you.
Review obfuscation/elimination:
At some point in the last few years they started using an external service Judge . me to host reviews and such. Which would be fine and all if not for them not informing users about it or how to even use it. In additions any old reviews you had before this move to the new service became unpublished. So, as you did not know they made the move you did not know you need to publish them again resulting in eliminating old verified reviews and that's not fine at all. The website they use now for reviews is also quite slow in loading things. They say they've been using it since 2021 but it was definitely through their store only before which was a smoother experience also. Why would the reviews be unpublished otherwise? Might have been used for the verifications but using the external website is a genuine pain, slow and buggy most of the time.
You used to be able to write a review directly on the store and they even had a handy "How to write a review" link to a guide. Now you can't do it directly on the store and there is no guide anymore. Instead you have to figure out that by pressing the score x out of 5 you'll be sent to the website. Completely obtuse and not communicated publicly. On this support actually answered and they said that they normally send an email after 45 days to prompt one to leave a review. Such an email has never come and when sending feedback about this they never got back. Fortunately they did link to the website at the same time they mentioned the email and could use that.
The whole opaqueness of this and they way it's not properly stated how it works in a public manner is really disappointing. In direct contrast to how much they state on the WAN show that reviews are very important to them and they want to receive feedback. This combined with the selective feedback picking of support is, in one word, disappointing.
Personal info handling:
This is genuinely beyond disappointing, Along with the move to the external service they use for reviews they moved personal data from the LTT store account to the judge website. Which by default shows full name on your account and reviews. This is where them being unpublished with the move came in handy but you need to actually pay attention to that or risk your full name be made public.
Outside of that it's them moving your personal info to someone else with no prior warning or asking for consent. It's a really poor case of handling data as far as I'm concerned. And even if it's "only" email and full name. As a victim of "just" my name being used illegally, it's enough to do a lot of damage to someone's life.
This might be a different standards issue since Linus kept saying on WAN Show how soft they are but the towels are not soft at all. You can get low quality towels at local stores in EU or Asia for cheaper and they would be way softer. At least in the beginning. They'd get rougher in a couple of months with multiple washes but they would at least be soft for a while. These towels are rough from the beginning. Straight up feeling like pain on your face or body level. The pattern does not help either for making the roughness more bearable. The material is quite thick though so they'd probably last for a while but they're not good for using too much so they'll last for a very long while.
They also have 0 info on wash & care with the product itself. No tag whatsoever with wash info. This leaves you with the only option of asking support as on the product page (which is fleeting btw as they tend to delete them) they only mention washing colors separately to avoid color bleed. To save you asking 30*-40* regular for coloured and 40*+ regular for white.
Lack of info or incomplete info is a general problem with LTT textiles. These are a worse case of it,
To be fair these are also the only towels I bought myself but I’m pretty picky with towels and my parents get the cheapest ones they can find and I hate them so one time ages ago these were on sale and I thought I’ll try one and I now own ten they do what towels do best get you dry and the newest ones I bought even fixed my only complaint with these is I thought it was soft enough but now absolutely perfect
Very nice hand towels. Wish the larger sizes were in stock.
